I had a wonderful experience with Larry and the BMW staff. They were courteous, prompt and helpful. I had my car earlier than I expected which was great. Even though I had already decided on what I wanted, they definitely sell their product well. Thanks to Larry and all of the employees at BMW of Bloomfield.

Gordon was helpful in getting me the best price. Honest, friendly and knowledgeable. My lease was stress free - most of our negotiating was done over the phone. The finance manager, Jim Palumbo, was also very helpful in helping me choose just the right options for me.

I had the best experience at this car dealer. They were very professional, understanding and I didn't feel pressured to buy and I didn't feel helpless when I left there after just looking for a car. Alaa is extremely knowledgable, honest, and very accessible even after hours. He spends as much time as you need and address all of your concerns. He has been extremely helpful to me even after the sale was made.
