From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with friendliness at BMW of Bridgeport. Our sales associate Tom Ballou was excellent and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a BMW in the future! We have purchased a BMW before, so we are very familiar with the dealership in Bridgeport and have nothing but good things to say about it.
I was looking to upgrade my older BMW 330i to something sportier. I had always loved M3's and one day stopped into BMW of Bridgeport to look at their inventory. I stopped in to BMW one afternoon, not planning on buying a car. My experience with Jodee Seiders was so great that I ended up buying a car that day. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable without any pressure tactics. I wouldn't go anywhere else. To this day, anytime I have questions Jodee is always quick to return my phone calls to ensure quality customer service. BMW of Bridgeport is almost like family to me.
From the minute we contacted Bridgeport BMW back in July it was a wonderful experience. Unfortunately, back in July it was not the right time for us to buy even after Tom spent quite a bit of time with me. Then the opportunity arose just last week for us to buy a new 2010 528i xdrive. I first stumbled upon this dealer when I had my previos BMW in Service. I was very impressed with the service and the expertise of the service department, by far much better than the one in Darien. I asked my service adviser to recommend a sales person, so I could plan the purchase of a new car. Tom Ballou was recommended. Had a great experience from the second I walked into the dealership as I was greeted promptly after having arranged for a test-drive via a very easy and succinct online service of theirs. Sales person was extremely personable and applied no pressure as I made my own decision for myself about what I wanted for my next car. This had to be one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had purchasing a car. David was one of the most knowledgeable sales people I have ever dealt with. Car was delivered as promised. David spent time showing my wife all the bells and whistles. Would highly recommend this dealership.
I really think alot of people exaggerate on these sites but everyone is has the right to their opinion. I have been servicing my beamers and have bought my beamers from bmw of bridgeport. I have received excellant to good service everytime I go their and I see them give good service to the other customers in the store. I have seen alot of staff changes but they seem to make you feel good when in their hands. No complaints from me.
Great sales associate. No pressure and very knowledgable. Overall a good experience.
