Purchased a used Mini this weekend from John. Eric handled the financing for us. Together they did a great job of communicating and working with us to get this done quickly and efficiently. Fantastic, quick and easy car buying process. We will come back when we need our next vehicle.

Jessica was very professional and answered all our questions. She took great care of us and did not try to be pushy. She let us take our time and figure out what we wanted. Was an easy transition. And so far we are enjoying our first BMW.

I worked with Jessica for the most part, and she was absolutely amazing. Most of my purchase/deal was over the phone due to weather, distance and other factors, but she was great at communicating back and forth. When I actually picked up my vehicle it was all ready to go on the actual test drive and final delivery. I also worked with Eric to finalize the paperwork and he explained everything to me. We've always checked Cain first when looking for a vehicle. We've purchased new and used from them. We always left feeling we got a nice vehicle and a good deal. That's why we continue to keep going back. This last purchase made was a beautiful truck that fit every need. We felt good about the price also. The icing on the cake was Sam Warther, our salesman. When I finally came across the exact X3 model I was looking for, locally even, I was excited to get the process completed. My initial call to Cain I had the pleasure speaking with Paul, whom gave me the respect I was looking for in buying a car. We scheduled a time to test drive it later that day.
