John helped me with the order/purchase of my wife's 2013 X5. It was a very painless process and the car was delivered in literally 2 weeks. The rear wiper fluid mechanism seriously malfunctioned within 2 weeks over a weekend, and John made sure that the car was picked up and loaner dropped off first thing on Monday. Versus the larger BMW dealership closer to my house, I would rather work with Cain who provides better personal service.

I was nervous taking the plunge into buying my first BMW. Charlie did a great job helping me decide between a 328i and 535i. I ended up choosing the 535i as it had the better overall value for the money. Charlie was very professional and not pushy at all. I found my current used vehicle at Cain BMW. I was driving up from Columbus so I wanted to make sure it was still available before I made the trip. The salesman, John Romell, was incredibly helpful. The sales experience we had with John Romell was excellent. I have already recommended Mr.Romell and Cain BMW to other friends and colleagues. I had a few issues with the X3 SAV post delivery that were eventually taken care of. I appreciated the service department's commitment to making everything right. Although I was initially frustrated with the problems, the service department worked with me to correct these issues.
