Service Advisor Eric Dominguez provides top-notch, excellent customer service. Despite an online scheduling system that does not really work, Eric helped us service our 2 BMWs, back-to-back during the craziest December timeframe. We were in a jam with 1 of the 2 cars not really running, and Eric helped solve this very quickly. I'm very grateful for Eric as Service Advisor!
