Mike H. was an excellent salesman, and really walked me through the various X3 builds the dealership offered. I found him to be thorough, patient, and really knowledgeable. The BMW of Austin, and Mike in particular, offer great customer service. I'm glad I drove all the way from Dallas to work with such an amazing dealership!

It was easy to make the appointment; my service tech connected with me in a short time, laid out the plan and got me on my way. She stayed in touch over the course and kept me fully informed. Turn-in of the loaner went quick and I was back out in my car in a few minutes. Awesome service and care.

Everyone is always friendly and helpful, it seems to be the standard at the dealership. Jose my service advisor delivered everything promised including expected timeline. From purchase to the first year of service all has been as expected.
Speed of purchase transaction, and the staff was very welcoming. John Dickerson was. professional and knowledgable, Brett Swanson did a great job of explaining the many warranty plans and financing. options available and he made good suggestions when he saw us hesitate on a decision.Jason had the job pf. explaining how every thing worked on the just before we drove it of the lot. He was wonderful. He really wanted us to know about everything. He also was very polite.
Chris B is an excellent Service Advisor and Jordan is an awesome Master Technician ! They listened to a concern of mine regarding my vehicle and they could have definitely taken another route and said they couldn’t duplicate the matter but they gave it another try. They didn’t give up on my issue. Jordan found the problem and my car issue is resolved. I couldn’t be happier! Their integrity and tenacity Is to be commended and recognized. The dealer was very helpful as well as the guy who helped me with all the signing material. Overall they were very helpful in getting the car to be ready. This place was way better than the south austin for sure.
