Awesome and relaxing environment. Easy to schedule with the service team. Best part- movie theatre. Helps the time go by when waiting on your car to be complete. Jake was awesome and very patient with me.

That same year we took it to BMW of Austin on McNeil Rd 2 times for routine maintenance. We took it back to BMW of Austin on 12/02/21 for routine service as well as a CEL. Erica was most helpful at our service visit. Explaining how the process would work. All the staff was pleasant and helpful It was a very busy day but the wait was within reason and the waiting area was comfortable with plenty of complimentary coffee and snacks
The whole BMW buying experience was awesome! I worked with Charlie and Jess in sales and they made me feel like part of the family. The communication with Charlie during the process was smooth - I special ordered online and never once had to ask about the progress - he kept me well informed without prompt. I would highly recommend BMW of Austin to anyone looking for a great experience.
