Great Experience I recently graduated college and as a gift from my parents I got to get a new car. After dealing with many other dealerships, we found a great car at Bert Smith. Bill Gunnett was fantastic! He made the process really easy and was wonderful to deal with. After hours BMW purchase. Bert Smith BMW has set my new standard for an exemplary car buying experience. My schedule is just terrible, and I found myself hurriedly trying to make the dealership before their Sat closing time of 6. I called the dealership and they not only stayed open an additional hour to accomodate me, but I never felt rushed. Purchased the car two days later. Thumbs up to Bert Smith!

Amazing experience. What more could I ask for. They had the perfect car I wanted within the price range. Actually it had more options than I wanted for no addition cost. I told them the monthly payment I wanted to be at and I'm at less that I wanted to be.
