Great service I recently had my car serviced at Bert Smith. I must say it was a painless experience. The car was ready by the time promised. I have been a BMW owner for over 9 yrs and have visited facilities from Tallahassee to Miami and this was by far the quickest I have EVER had my car returned to me. I was very pleased and impressed!

Ask for Tony Cheung when considering a new BMW! At age 64, I do not have that many new cars to choose from in my lifetime. I previously owned a BMW and was aware of the quality of this brand. Mltrymama I'm a little disappointed with the lay out of the waiting area at this dealership. There was not enough seating for customers and not much to look at in waiting area. The customer appreciation coffee was dismal to say the least.

Friction Free Purchase I purchased a CPO jetta from this dealership. I hate haggling so was pleased to not have to with the VW specialist assigned to me (Bill Gunnett). We came to a deal and the next day I drove up from Miami (5hrs) so it meant a lot there were no supprises when I arrived. Bill honored all the terms agreed to the previous day.

Excellent BMW Service Department Bert Smith's BMW service staff is excellent. They provide friendly, courteous, and professional service. Car repairs are completed on the initial visit. You never have to return for a second visit to get the job done right. I don't let anyone work on my car but Bert Smith.

Susan Davis I purchased my 135CI in April 2008 and have had my service at Bert Smith since that date. I have had excellent service since that time. Each time I go I not only get a loaner vehicle but my car comes back spotless. The entire staff has always been honest, courteous and very professional.
