I cannot possibly write enough positive comments about my salesperson, Justin Moniz. He is an extremely well versed, kind, courteous and professional young man. I am an extremely nervous person when it comes to negotiating a deal and suffered through a tedious hour or so with my husband serving as Master negotiator. I live in Warwick and originally visited the Warwick BMW dealership first. My experience there was not very good. I felt like I received a poor offer on my trade in and a poor price on the car. I spoke with Nick at BMW Newport over the phone first as I was initially concerned with driving to Newport. I was assured that if I made the drive I would not be wasting my time. Nick was right. The first time I visited the competitor dealer (BMW of Warwick), none of the sales reps even glanced up from their desks to great me. I walked out and visited the Inskip Audi dealer, who did welcome me. I returned to Warwick BMW another time, and received acceptable service, however the sales rep there never called to touch base after my visit and test drive. I have purchased 4 cars form BMW Newport. I have always had a fantastic experience and my latest experience was no differnet. The staff makes me feel like my business is important to them. They give you their best deal first which takes all the anxiety out of buying a car. I would strongly recommend BMW Newport for anyone looking for a new or pre owned BMW.

Great dealership. Just purchased my third car from this dealership. My salesperson was Mike Richard. Mike has been very helpful with all my questions about my new car. Bill Woodcock was very helpful explaining all the finace options that were available. I am completely satisfied with my new car and the experience I had at this dealership.

Went to BMW of Newport after having purchased 4 BMWs previously from BMW of New London. BMW of Newport absolutely blew New London away in all categories. The sales folks consisting of Justin, Jay and Bill are the most friendliest car dealers I have ever dealt with in my years of purchasing cars. BMW of New London - well I'll say it they should be shamed to turn away a customer who purchased a total of 7 vehicles. New London only looks for the bottom line. I would recommend Mark Tortolani to anyone who is interested in a BMW. From the second I walked in, it was like having a family member walking with you. There was no pressure at all, which is usually the biggest pain when searching for a new car. He was kind to both my wife and myself and extremely helpful in the decision making process. I don't really like going to car dealerships, but Mark made it a fun experience for me. I highly recommend Mark Tortolani to everyone.

Overall, I had a very good experience at BMW of Newport. Justin Moniz was very helpful and friendly, but not too pushy. I was hoping to get a slightly better deal on the car that I ended up purchasing, but I would still go back.
