I recently purchased a uses vehicle for my son to commute back and fourth to college. Mark Tortolani was the sales person I dealt with at BMW of Newport. I found him to be well informed about his product and very personable. I would absolutely return there and recommend them because of the fine treatment I received from Mr. Tortolani.

Never having had a bad experience with BMW, I found myself in unfamiliar territory when I ran in to trouble with a financed X3. I was very uncomfortable in a new finance agreement because my vehicle was in constant need of repair. I was unsure how the salespeople would respond to my request to get out of the agreement, and I was prepared to hear that nothing could be done. Mark and Jay took very good care of me. They were extremely patient and made sure that i got the exact car that i had hoped to get. They were very friendly and very professional. I would absolutely recommend Newport BMW to anyone in the future.

I had an excellent experience at BMW of Newport starting with the call back from Mark Tortolani after an e-mail inquiry about a used BMW. His enthusiasm for the BMW and his fun loving attitude toward life in general was contagious. Unlike other dealers with whom I have had interactions I felt he really understood where I was coming from. I found that Blake was extremely helpful in facilitating the purchase of my X3. I had a very bad experience at another BMW dealership, but Blake made this a lot less painful. I was able to order the exact SAV I wanted with all the equipment I needed. He was very kind, knowledgeable and professional. When the X3 arrived he took the time to go over all the equipment and features on the car. I would strongly recommend Blake and the dealership... they were awesome! Thank you.

I was in the market for a new vehicle and was shopping looking at Audi, Lincoln and BMW. I called up and spoke with Blake and indicated to him my needs and pricing requirements. He was extremely helpful and based on my conversation set up an appointment with Blake for the next day. My overall sales experience was excellent. I actually went in to buy a used BMW I found online and ended up buying brand new due to the great incentives being offered at that time.
