Mark and Rich worked well together to find a 328i convertible in the color scheme and with teh options that I wanted. They were easy to work with and this is the second lease I have done through BMW of Newport. It certainly won't be my last. I highly recommend them. Very good pricing. No high pressure sales tactics.

Nicholas helped me with the purchase of my 2009 750i via the internet. I've never purchased a car without seeing it before but he made the process very easy for me. I scheduled a 3rd party inspector and Nicholas helped me with this process. He was also nice enough to take extra pictures and do the homework necessary to answer all my questions about options including sending me a printout from BMW which listed all the detail I was looking for. Good experience overall. Good car selection. Knowledgeable sales staff. Have not yet used the service department. Dealer called to check on my satisfaction and wants to take care of minor problems before first service call. No complaints .

Outstanding customer service right from the start. Justin was very informative, detailed and attentive regarding what I was looking for. I came to BMW of Newport based on a recommendation from a friend of mine who recently worked with Mark Tortolani on a 750 Series pruchase. I have to say that I was extremely happy with my experience with working with Mark, as my past experiences workign with new car salesmen have not been the most enjoyable experiences. Everyone was very friendly. Made appointment and though I arrived late they were waiting for me and had the car ready for my test drive. I am from Massachusetts so it was an out of state sale. They were able to get all the paper work set with my lender and my insurance co. with ease. The day I showed up to pick up the car they explained everything I needed to know about the vehicle. I went to two different BMW dealers before purchasing my car at BMW of Newport. I decided to buy it from Blake at BMW of Newport after talking to him on the phone. He was the most sincere, easy to talk to, and most willing to meet my needs. The personal service I received in both sales and finance dept was wonderful. I absolutely love my car.
