I wasn't necessarily in the market for a new car, but Mark Tortolani made it hard for me not to leave without a new BMW 328xi. He found the exact car I wanted, made the numbers work and even delivered the car to me because I had no time in my schedule to make the hour-long trip to Newport. If it wasn't for BMW of Newport, I wouldn't be driving a new BMW because the only other dealership in the state that sells BMWS made my last buying experience (and subsequent service trips) horrendous. We did our research and were able to purchase a pre-owned BMW at a very fair price, with a fair trade-in value. Nicholas Beeckman worked with us for over a month, was a pleasure to deal with (no pressure), and was responsive to our many questions via phone and email. Jim Tarbox and Bill Woodcock sealed the deal in record time on purchase day.

It was my pleasure to do business with the team at the Newport BMW. In particular my personal experience working with Mark sold the deal. He made arrangements with Jason to keep the dealership open on a Saturday to meet with me after 5pm. It was my error in that I thought the Dealership was open until 6pm. Never did he tell me they closed once he learned that I was coming before 6pm he made the arrangements to stay and keep it open for me. Unbelievable customer service!

BMW of Newport has been exceptional to work with, there are closer dealerships but working with Mark has been the best car buying experience yet. In the past, buying a car could be a cringing experience. As a single mother, I have gotten the run around from so many salespeople trying to tell me why they couldn't discount the sticker price or having $1000 processing fee added in at the end of the transaction. Mark and everybody at Newport BMW was wonderful. I had never had a BMW before and I heard this was a great dealership to work with. I live in Providence and it was well worth the extra drive to Newport. Everyone there was spectacular to work with, I can't imagine ever going any place else yo buy a car.
