Excellent service. I called in with a car problem and was able to take my car in that same day for service. I was also provided with a service car to use since my car had to stay overnight. My car was ready the following day =0) Chris is always very freindly and professional. Thanks for great service!
They are the BEST in USA in terms of exceptional service, and there are no exceptions !!! I have stayed in many places and I own two BMWs. But I would rather travel 100 miles than giving my cars for service to any other service center. These people are exceptionally skilled, talented, professional, courteous and would fix your car in the best possible way. Jeff DesRois, the service manager, and his team of professionals are emphatically recommended for all your BMW service needs! Five thumbs up for them !!!!
i've never been treated so well at a car dealership before. i hate buying cars and dealing with the salesmen who can come off to be really sleezy. but at BMW of Newport i had such a pleasant experience and was treated so well that i would recommend anyone buying a BMW to purchase one at this location.
Ken was great. He provided information on time, his follow-up was good and more importantly, he was not too pushy. I believe he went above and beyond when helping me get the best offer on my existing car. His accessibility & availability were also key in making the sale; this was not so for a competitor whose salespeople were not available when I was about to make the purchase. I will definitely deal with Ken again in the future.
We purchased a car for our daughter for a Christmas present and Frank Giorgio bent over backwards to accommodate us so we could get it delivered to her on time. We live over 25 miles away and would definitely not only consider going back to Frank but have recommended him to family and friends!
I recommend Frank Giorgio at BMW of Newport. He was very helpful and patient. He took the time to go through the many buying options and made our process go very smoothly! We choose Frank because of his experience in the car industry and are friends referred us to him.
Purchased car from Frank Giorgio, did an excellent job with the transaction; hassle free! Description of the vehicle was clear and concise before visiting the dealership. Transaction was finished the same day I test drove my vehicle. I will certainly return for my next vehicle.
