1998 BMW 323ic vert; basically a summer toy but still a great car. Sunday evening I go to open the trunk to get my brief case and computer - no open. Key turns, remote locks and unlocks, but the release latch apparently isn't engaging. Go on-line and find a number of possible problems and solutions. Dustin Merry is the go to man for the used/new BMWs. He is very friendly, hospitable and knows his stuff. He helped us from day 1 in selecting the right car per our needs. Overall I would rate my experience as Great. Highly recommend them.

After having a very bad experience with BMW of Watertown, CT it was a pleasure to work with the people of BMW of Newport. The atomosphere is like "Casual Friday", professional but also relaxed. Everyone here seems to really enjoy cars, especially BMW, but are also knowlegeable about the competition. Incredible service. They went out of their way to get me the best deal possible on a new BMW. Great selection on new cars and they gave me top dollar value for my trade in. I would absolutely recommend this dealer to anyone. Worth the extra trip to get to this dealership.
Evan Galkin was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of me picking out a car. He spent a lot of time informing me about my different options and definitely took extra time out of his schedule to help me.
