Evan made buying our new car stress free. He was knowledable of the car.We purchased our vehicle the week of Christmas, Evan gave us his personal cell phone to call on Christmas Eve to make sure we were completely satisfied with our new BMW. He recommended options for our car we would have regretted not getting and NEVER HARRASSED us with numerous phone calls. I would call on Evan again to purchase a vehicle.
Quite simply put, Evan found the car I wanted, got it in for me and everything went well. No surprises. THe financing was a breeze and the deliver was exceptional. The car is awesome and I would and have recommended both the dealership and Evan to others.
Evan was honest, knowledge and very pleasant to do business with. He created a very good client experience for my family & I. He was a huge help! answered all our questions and found us a very reasonable price. I'm typically quite cynical of car dealerships and salespersons. This place was unbelievably friendly and quickly dissolved my preconceived notions. Everyone was extremely thorough, detail oriented and made every effort to meet my needs. I kept waiting for the bomb to drop and it never did. I could not be more satisfied with my purchase! Tom was very professional and helpful at all times. He was honest and straightforward, and it was excellent to work with him. My newly purchased used 2001 325xi came with a 2 month warranty and BMW of Newport honored that warranty by taking care of some minor issues as well as some things that were a little more extensive. I found BMW of Newport through the BMW USA website. I was looking for low-mileage Certified Preowned 550i with a manual transmission. They had exactly what I was looking for at a great price. I e-mailed the dealership and got a phone call from Joanne within minutes. Joanne I arranged for a trade-in and test drive very quickly. Our whole car buying experience with BMW of Newport has been an absolute pleasure.
