Beginning to end, this was a dream transaction. Having been disappointed by another dealer who had ordered the wrong car, we turned to BMW of Newport and Joanne Monize for help. Joanne persisted mightily until she found the car we wanted (a rare 2010 x5d) in the color we wanted, with all of the equipment we wanted. It was a pleasure dealing with Joanne Moniz from the get-go. She was most responsive, highly professional & knowledgable, and diligent & conscientious in bird-dogging all the details attendant to taking delivery at the BMW Performance Center in So.Carolina. I certainly "put her through her paces" throughout the course of several months, and she passed every test with flying colors! She's earned my very highest recommendation.
We have now bought 5 cars from this dealership. It is the best. There is no one better than Frank Giorgio to work with. He is a supreme salesman and a delightful person--what a combination. I would recommend that anyone from the Boston area looking for a BMW go to this dealership. It far surpasses all the others!
Just picked up my new 335i coupe. I waited almost 3 months for this car, and it came in PERFECT!!! Joanne is by far the best sales rep in the world. I can't say enough good things about BMW of Newport. This is my second BMW from them and it definitely won't be my last. BMW of Newport is the best place for service, I drive from Providence (45 minutes) just because the service. When I was looking for a service dealer, I took out my Samsung BlackJack II and searched for my nearest dealer. The "nearest dealer" I found... had so many bad reviews i was not about to take a chance. I am so Glad I went to BMW of Newport. I will continue to get Service there. The dealership was great and the service is great. Jeff is a real hard working guy and the BMW of Newport is terrific. They are fast, the facilities are clean and they are efficient. Jeff is also very knowledgeable in what he does. He knows a lot about BMW and knows what is wrong/etc. The service people are also great who fix the car. Very helpful too!!
In the past month, I have brought my M3 in for an oil check and to remove my winter tires. Both times, Jerry Haas and his staff have provided me with excellent service, with the minimum wait time. I have been driving BMW's for over 10 years now, and BMW of Newport never falls short of my high expectations!
Another example today of the "extra mile" that Jeffrey and his team to service the cusstomer. They took an extra no charge road test to check out a front end issue. They even cleaned the inside of my windshield when I mentioned my recent shoulder condition prevented me from doing it. All so this with the best smile and pleasant disposition one could ever ask.
