Came into getmy tire pressures adjusted and coolant topped off and chatted with Mike and Ethan for awhile. As always they were quick with a joke and smile. I love these guys. Funny to think you'd say that about your service advisor for you car, but here I am saying it. Says alot about whothey are as people.

I brought my 530i in for routine service and was helped by Mike Crader who has helped me many times in the past. I was just going to get an oil change but Mike told me there was an open recall on the driver air bag which is a safety recall that had just come out recently for my year/model and he was able to get the recall performed as well while I waited. I always get great service from the people at Autohaus. I would highly recommend

My BMW had a few issues that I couldn't figure out. Mike knew exactly the right questions to ask. Because of knowledge, it turns out I had less issues than I thought and he saved me a lot of money. I'd highly recommend Mike and Autohaus for your BMW service.

I live in another state (Virginia) to be specific. Which can make a purchase like this somewhat challenging however, Jens was my salesman and I can’t say enough about his attention to detail and patience. This particular car purchase brought about its own issues. Dealing with paperwork and shipping but, Jens rode with me the whole entire time...all the way until final shipping took place. We had an issue with a tire on our M3, where the tire pressure would drop suddenly. We could fill it back up and often the pressure would stay ok, but as time went on it began to exhibit the issue more frequently. When in for service, we asked that they look at the problem. All of us thought it would be a quick diagnosis, but as time went on, the technicians found the problem quite vexing, so Autohaus gave us a car to drive and kept the car. I recently brought my 2014 335i in for service. Several systems on the car required servicing. Because the car has low mileage for its age and the warranty was about to expire, I had numerous questions for my service advisor, Patti Kupfer. She was very knowledgeable of my vehicle and answered all of my questions thoroughly. She also gave me several recommendations concerning extended warranties that will save me money in the future. I was very happy with the servicing of my car and the information received.

I bought my BMW in 2014 and have always taken it to Autohaus for service. They're always fast and efficient. I typically work with Chris C. in service, and he makes it a great experience every time. I am very particular about my car, and Chris gets it. One time he even personally went to my car after it was serviced and did extra cleaning on my seat to make sure it was done right.
