Purchased a 430i last Friday. Every aspect of the transaction went well. Wonderful assistance from Karen Lowery with picking a car and getting a competitive price. Excellent education from the service team and efficient processing of the deal with finance. A+ experience.
I brought my 2014 X5 in for routine maintenance and was pleasantly surprised at how quickly and efficiently Amanda Suraci was able to process everything and get me on my way in less than an hour and and a half. That also included a complimentary car wash. Would highly recommend the dealership and especially Amanda, she was fabulous
I went into the service department because I was having trouble connecting my new iPhone to my 2017 X6. I was greeted by Amanda who was able to help me get my phone working in a a matter I moments. She also took the time to show me a few other things about the vechile that my salesman did not bother to show me. I was even more impressed with the service because I am not local to the dealership and I did not buy the car there. Amanda was wonderful, I would highly recomend her.
Brought my car in for service repairs. Patti Kupfer was amazing! I had issues with insurance company and Patti couldn't have been better. Very accomodating, helpful and stayed on top the matter throughout the whole process. Thanks to Patti for helping to get things done!
