I had to bring my car in for service, something that I am never looking forward to. I can't say enough about how pleasant my experience was. Amanda was helpful and kind, and while I never take the time to leave feedback, I felt the need to. I really felt like they cared, like they were friends or family. I never felt rushed, or pressured, it was just very pleasant.

Being a woman and needing to bring your car in for service can be a pretty intimidating situation! But Amanda Suraci definitely made me feel like the most important person in the room! She listened to every one of my concerns, and took the time with me to help me understand exactly what was going on with my vehicle. I have NEVER felt more welcome in the service department than I have with Autohaus BMW!

Linda provides exceptional customer service, working to fit my schedule, making sure I'm happy w/ the loaner, keeping me informed at every step of process, truly going above and beyond. Tim is the best BMW technician I've ever worked with - I trust his recommendations implicitly and have always been more than satisfied with the maintenance and repair work he's done.
Patti is great. She really makes a trip a smooth event. Scheduling, loaner, getting in and out is fast and simple. We had to schedule three events in one day. She was very cooperative in meeting our needs.
The best customer service I have anywhere . Auto or otherwise, Everyone is the best. Marilyn Gilliam is the best employee ever I have dealt with.
I have been a customer of Autohaus for years, both service on my existing vehicles and now lease of my new car. Staff has universally been friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and bends over backwards to help out. It’s a very relaxed, low pressure buying experience.
This was one of the best car buying experiences I've had! Never felt pressured or rushed. Brett accommodated my schedule and had everything ready to go when I came to pick up my new (used)car. Definitely will recommend!
