I brought my car in last week because I was having an issue with my engine. I determined it was in my best interest to have the professionals look at it as opposed to the cheaper option corner repair shops near my house. I brought my car in for a recall and sat with Ethan. He had the shop look the car over and found a few items that needed attention. He found a loaner car for me and got me on my way. They took care of everything and even washed my car! I was able to run some errands and have my car fixed! I couldn't be happier! I will return to Autohaus!!

Had my x5 here few times in the last couple months.Few major things was wrong with my car.Which All have been fixed,&my car drives like new again. All three times I've received awesome service and it's great they call and work with warranty company for you!Free loaner car ,and updates on when my car would be done.Amanda is the Best! I recently purchased my 5th BMW from this dealership. The customer service is always 5-star--from sales (Bob Dedert), to Finance (Rick Riccio), to Service (Chris Clem) to BMW Genius (Chris Buie). Each of these three men assisted me w/ my recent purchase and I wanted to acknowledge their outstanding customer service! I truly appreciate it. Their knowledge, patience, sense of humor & strong interpersonal skills are greatly appreciated!

I have been a customer of Autohaus BMW for many years. I have had nothing but great experiences working with the sales department, the service department, and all of the employees of the other departments. It has been my experience that all of the Autohaus employees go the extra mile to meet my needs.

I've been doing business with Autohaus for a number of years, as have both of my children. I'm now driving my fifth 5-Series, the last three of which were leased through Autohaus. My son and daughter are both driving BMWs purchased or leased through Autohaus. They "Get it." 1-I'm treated like a valuable customer. 2-They do what they say they are going to do. 3-They promptly responding to phone calls or emails.

Service quickly did the taillight recall. At this visit, Patti Kupfer noticed work needed under warranty. She accommodated my schedule to get the work done the next week.

My BMW needed an airbag replaced per the recall. Mike Crader got me checked in and had the service performed quickly and efficiently. I picked up my car and found a separate issue that effected removal of the key from the ignition. Linda Schaefer got my car in immediately. The techs made the necessary repairs and also addressed a problem with one of the windows. I got my car back the next day good as new. The cashier who facilitated the payment process was very nice, as was Nathan, the porter who washed and delivered the car... read more

I needed to schedle my wiper balde replacement. E-mailed Patti and she set up an appointment. She greeted me and got right on the car examination and inoramtion at her desk. She printed put the paperwork needed and I signed. She got the car in service and my wait was minmual. Even got a was job! That's the way service should! Bob
