I am a regular customer at Autohaus and recently took my car in for warranty work. Both Linda and Mike provided excellent service and my washed car was returned quickly. The coffee was also great.

I worked on the deal with Bob Warner via e-mail to minimize the amount of time spent at the dealership. We were able to get the deal completed. We were treated very well on our trade and the the vehicle we purchased. Once we got to the dealership, Bob had most of the paperwork started, showed us the 2012 X5, took us to the finance person (Rick) to complete the paperwork, then to the vehicle, and had all the options on the vehicle. Bob Dedert handled our sale professionally and with good humor. I am a classic "buyer's remorse" customer. This is our fourth BMW over the last 15 years with Autohaus, having moved from the convertible to now our second 528i. Even though I had already signed for the new 5 series vehicle, I wondered about other options/prices. I just bought my third BMW from Autohaus. I do shop around, but I have never found anything that comes close to Bob Dedert and Autohaus in terms of professional, friendly service. No sales gimmicks, no pressure. Bob explained all the options and worked with us on price. You leave feeling you received a fair deal. Once you have your car, the service department continues to provide excellent service. You expect excellence from BMW. Bob and Autohaus deliver it!

We came in to purchase a pre-owned car. Bob Warner was an excellent salesman. He went above and beyond to work with us including working with price, getting us a fair deal for our trade-in and even holding the car until we returned from a trip to pick it up. Bob provided the service one would expect at a premier car dealership.

I schedule my appointment for annual review! Appointment was made and a follow up reminder email was sent. Technician was on time and very responsive! I waited for my car to be service! The work was completed within the timeframe committed to! Great job!

I Purchased an X5 from Dennis Schaffner at autohaus and was very impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle. He explained the operation of the vehicle in terms I could understand and I left very comfortable with the knowledge he gave me. His follow up with making sure that I was happy with my vehicle was impressive . I feel I could call him anytime with questions. I have recommended him to family and friends many times. I would definitely go back to him for my next purchase.
