The Autohaus Service experience continues to exceed my expectations time and time again. My service rep today was Chris Clem. He couldn't have been nicer and had a car ready and waiting for me. Thank you Brett. I have never in my life purchased a vehicle, or anything for that matter, site on seen, goes against everything a stand for. I saw this Z4 on the internet, sent off an e-mail and in less than 24 hrs Brett had replied. He knew my concerns with not being able to come down and look at it, test drive it, etc because I am in Michigan and he was in MO. I came in at my appointment time and guys were already waiting for me.... My service adviser Chris Clem was very nice and professional! I did not even notice the time fly by and I was already done. Guys even washed my car at the end and gave me a BMW hat, how nice of them. That kind of service makes BMW to stand out from everyone else. German quality + American service = awesome experience ! I have now switched to having my service to Autohaus even though I live off of Olive. I go 7 miles out of my way to come to Autohaus and have Jennifer Burke to be my Service Advisor. She is the most wonderful lady I have met in any Service Drive. I travel throughout the country to different Dealerships and she is the most straight forward and honest person. Each and every time I service or repair issues it is done right. My next BMW purchase will be at Autohaus.
