I purchased my car from Autohaus 8 years ago and have been taking it there for service ever since. My service advisor, Chris Clem, makes everything so easy. Scheduling an appointment at a time that is convenient for me is a breeze and when I have something wrong with my car that needs immediate attention he manages to get me appointment that day. Excellent, friendly, responsive and attentive as always. Mike's the reason i keep going back to Autohaus. He took excellent care of what turned out to be an expensive but necessary repair.

This is the fifth BMW we have purchased from Karen Lowery since 2001. She makes buying a car so easy and enjoyable for us. She is the only name that comes to mind when we are ready for a new purchase. We actually followed Karen from the dealership she worked at prior to joining Autohaus. This most recent purchase decision was made in one day...because of Karen!

This was my first Autohaus purchase. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. I researched the car that I wanted, popped in at random times and asked for test drives. No big deal. No annoying pressure. When my husband and I were ready to actually purchase the car, we went in, agreed on a price and were done in a couple of hours. I love my car. I am happy with the price we paid and we got great service from Bob. What more could you ask for?

First of all, Greg got me right away. He always manages to fit me in, although he is very busy. When I call, he knows me by name and which car I drive. How many people do that? He's super friendly and treats me as a friend. He is very thorough when explaining things to me in a way a layperson can understand. Next, he gets me a loaner right away, I don't even have to wait. I recently needed some service performed on my 2000 BMW 323i and called the service department at Autohaus BMW. I spoke with Mr. Issitt, who was really great to work with. He made an appointment at a time that was convenient for me and knew exactly what I was describing when I explained my service problem. I was able to wait for my car and the service appointment didn't take a long time. Joe Bauer Joe Bauer is a top notch employee. My husband is in Afghanistan and I flew to Autohaus to buy him the car of his dreams. I am a very busy person and Joe could not have been more helpful. From our first conversation about this particular car, to our last interaction, Joe was first class. He picked us up from the airport as my son and myself flew in to look at the car and to buy it, my son didn't even have a chance to sit down outside of the airport and Joe was there. I had a very good experience leasing my BMW. Dennis Schaffner was extremely helpful and answered all my questions patiently. I haven't done a lot of car shopping by myself but I love my car and feel like I was treated very well.
