They tried to find me a car, and when my requirements were better served by ordering from the factory, they were happy to accomodate. Autohaus is the best dealership I have ever done business with and I have owned over 20 vehicles. My purchasing experience was wonderful. For the little bit of service I have needed in the last two years all I know is that they are wonderful mechanics. All the staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. There is a rare combination of efficiency, professionalism, and even certain elegance about this dealership. Not only service managers and advisers, but even the technicians appear as competent in their field as my colleagues (I am a university professor) are in their (and certainly dress better.). Experiencing poor quality service elsewhere, I was very happy with my recent service experience at Autohaus. An added benefit was to make contact with a long lost serviceperson. From now on, both our BMW vehicles will be in the hands of the Autohaus staff.
I had a wonderful experience buying my 328I from Booker Wade. Booker made the negotiation easy and fast. Chris Clem in the Service department will take care of anything you need done with your BMW. I will definitely buy my next BMW from Booker Wade at Autohaus.
There are two reasons I have given Autuhaus this review: fantastic customer service and a no-pressure buying experience. I had a 2 year old 328 that I purchased new and was ready to move up to a 5 series. I wasn't sure which model I wanted so I spent quite a bit of time test driving the various options over the course of a couple of weeks.
