I took my car in for its scheduled service and tire change, just a simple visit. Again, my service rep Chris made it easy. I appreciate that about Autohaus and Chris. No surprises no up-selling simply taking care of what I need to have done. The work is always accurate and I never have to bring my car back to have it corrected. Thank you Chris and thank you Autohaus for enhancing the ownership experience.
I was very pleased with the efficiency and speed of the service. Chris was very polite, my wait in dealership was most pleasant, and I enjoyed looking at the 2012's.
Great customer service and nice people there. Feel relaxed everytime visiting there. Their internet sales manager Brett is a nice guy to deal with. Highly recommended.
I have been going to Autohaus for about 5 years. There are 3 other BMW dealerships in the area. All of the other ones are stuck up, arrogant, typical snobbish one might expect from a luxury car place; however, Autohaus is the EXACT opposite! Great personal service. They have been direct about what service they believe needs to be performed and why. Their service reps are knowledgeable and even have BMW driver's school training.They offer outstanding service, listen to whatever problems you have, track your vehicle's service history, etc. They even offer free fluid top-off if you run by. Best service company I've had.
This dealership is fanastic and the staff is a true credit to management/ownership as well as to BMW. I am always greeted by all the Service Writers and Porters, etc with "Hello Mr. Leisure". Mike Crader is great and he is always cordial and eager to assist in any way possible. I contacted Mike on Tuesday and he was able to schedule my service for Thursday the same week. great job atmoshpere and friendliness would come back often, i have always had great service and sales at this dealership. no complaints. great waiting area also, was able to get a lot of work done while i waited. and they delivered my vehicle in half the time expected
Appointment time for service was 8 a.m.; I was helped right away when I pulled in at 7:55 a.m. Chris explained the service needed on my vehicle, had a brand new 2012 loaner waiting to go. I was on the road in 15 minutes. Service was complete about 10 a.m. and I picked the vehicle up at 11 a.m. Everything was perfect. Jim
