Both Chris Clem & Bob Dedert, our contact in the sales department, are first class representatives of the dealership and the marque. Autohaus has the best customer service around. Chris Clem is my go to service advisor. He always takes great care of me and my car. Whenever I have an issue with my car I give him a call and he always manages to make an appointment for me very quickly, sometimes even the same day. Plain and simple: Best price and customer service. All done over the phone. Renard is very respectful and straight to the point. From the moment I pulled in to the beautiful BMW facility I was impressed. I never have to wait for help and everyone there is willing to take over if my man isn't there.
