The salesman was very good even in followup. The tradein that I received for my old car was much better than any other dealer. Any problem that occurred was handle promptlu.

I have had only good experience with the staff. The service and parts department have done a great job and that is why I keep coming back. They support the local BMW club and that is a good thing. Pricing has always been great. The service has been great and all departments understand what is important to me and when something is urgent.

I traveled across the river to do my search and complete my purchase. Dennis Schaffner is a great salesman, very helpful during and after the purchase experience. Service is always friendly and timely.

Autohaus has been Great to us in Sales, Parts, and Service, since 2001, when we bought our first BMW. It's still humming along and has "siblings" now. They also support BMWCCA activities like Street Survival School and Club meetings. An "Above and Beyond" Dealership. Ed

Everyone I have worked with at this dealership has been very cooperative and friendly. My BMW had to have the air conditioning repaired and it was still under warranty. There were no hassles and the job was very satisfactorily done. Also every fall because of the stems on my tires I get a low air pressure reading multiple times at the beginning of the winter. Autohaus treats you like family. Very curteous and friendly. Showroom is clean and comfortable. Top notch. They also have a great selection of cars to choose from. It's never hard to get a service appointment.

Everyone was very friendly..the person BOB who i think is a service advisor is very nice, the technician was nice and the lady who worked in the gift shop was super cool overall i had a great experience.
