This is one of the few places that start working hard for you from the time you make your appointment. My service advisor, Linda, is friendly, personal, and very knowledgeable. I have inquired about various maintenance items that other business would have jumped on to make more money. After a careful inspection, they take at "If it's not broken (or worn excessively), don't fix it!" approach, and save me from unnecessary expense. I always trust them to come back.
Great service department, always perform the work I asked for and keep me informed of the progress. BMW loaner availability is also a plus. Body shop has done a windshield and a deer strike repair - again, great value and great communication. Parts department is easy to work with, if a part is not in stick they can get it in two days. Oh, and the BMWCCA discount helps, too! If we are ever int he market for another BMW (we have three plus a MINI) Autohaus is where we will shop.
I had a wonderful experience buying my certified 335i convertible. The negotiation was the easiest I have ever had buying a car. The detailed explanation of the features and otions on my vehicle was excellent. I will definitely buy my next BMW from Autohaus.
This dealership will spoil you. . . . they offer the same service to someone purchasing the least expensive vehicle to the most expensive. They have the ability to make everyone feel special

I have been a customer since 1993 of Autohaus BMW. I have owned Mercedes and other luxury vehicles and the service does not compare to what I get at Autohaus BMW. The facility is gorgeous and the employees are always friendly and eager to help. If you are in the market for a BMW, new or pre owned, Autohaus is a great choice.

Found a car I liked online and put in an inquiry. Recieved a call back, DURING the weekend, w/in 24 hrs with quick, to the point information about the vehicle. When it turned out to not be exactly what I was looking for, there was no undue sales pressure or runaround talk trying to reel me back in as a customer that you might get at lesser dealerships. Easy to work with and a great selection of vehicles. We purchased a 328i and dealt with Bill Harada. Bill was a pleasure to work with. They had a great selection of new and used BMW's to choose from and worked with us to find the one that we wanted. I would recommend talking to them if you are in the market for a new or used car.
