Chris Clem is outstanding. He's knowledgable about the cars and is customer oriented. I've bought two cars from Renard over the past 5 years and he's great to work with. I've bought Bmw's from all area dealers over the last 15 years but Autohaus is my favorite thanks to people like Chris and Renard
I always have a great experience visiting Autohaus. Dan is exceptional at taking care of my needs and is flexible with my schedule. I usually get a loaner for the day and my car is returned to me after being washed! I own two BMWs and Autohaus is my dealership of choice!

Why would you go anywhere else? I have had the pleasure to work with the Autohaus BMW team for several years (they are my client) and have witnessed all aspects of this organization. These guys are the best of the best. Honest, fair, pleasant and having bought my BMW at another dealership before I knew Autohaus...boy did I make a big mistake. It's been nearly a year since I acquired my M3 from Autohaus, and I have been overwhelmingly pleased with their sales and service department. I recently scheduled an appointment for my 15,000 service. I arrived a few minutes before my scheduled time, and as I stepped out of my car, I was greeted by name. Wow. I didn't feel like a number just waiting in line. Within a matter of minutes, Bob had me out the door in a loaner car...and had my M service completed and ready to go by the end of the day.
