Dee CKD,CBD I needed the airbag replaced. I had used Fairfax BMW previously to moving away. I was in Fairfax on a visit. when I called they know right away who I was and I was able to get an appointment that afternoon! I was extremely impressed with Jessica.

Excellent and Fair Service Team I've had my 2011 BMW serviced primarily at Fairfax BMW and have used an independent shop for some maintenance, upgrades and modifications. While I may pay a little bit more at a dealership the work at Fairfax BMW has always been done right the first time with no issues. The key to me is a good Service Advisor and mine is great, Mark Stoudt. I highly recommend him and I have on several occasions over the years. Love my 2014 bmw 328xi! I cannot thanks James park and BMW Fairfax enough for all their help! After weeks of searching for the right CPO car with all the bells and whistles I wanted, I finally found it at BMW Fairfax which was priced lower than the other dealerships. The process was very quick and easy. I usually hate the car buying experience because it can take so long. James and his team made it super easy and even beat my bank's proposed rate by. BMW Pass Seat Mat Recall I brought my 2006 E-90 in to have the passenger seat pad replaced via the Recall. Lucas, the Service Advisor was able to reserve the part, secure a 2017 X1 Loaner. I brought the car in on a Thursday and was told it would take a few days to get the part and to reprogram the car's computer systems for the new pad. They also updated all system software to the latest versions at that time. My car was ready the following Tuesday morning, washed and ready to go.
