Great service Good communications, quick service, comfortable customer lounge area very nice facility. Beverages and snacks also available while waiting. All people were very friendly and kind.

Checkered Flag Mini was great customer service was the best I ever had at a dealership. The charged a little more than the shop around the corner, but you leave with the peace of mind knowing the work was done right. you know the individual that worked on your car specialized in mini coopers.

Outstanding service and friendly service providers We had an appointment to get the annual safety inspection when Mike Lawson informed us that we were due for other services. Even thought we were in the lounge for several hours Mike keep us up to date what was going on.
