Excellent Service The vehicle service department's personnel are true problem solvers. They attempt to solve the problem the first time and stand behind their work until the issue is resolved. You have a few shinning stars in that department that make BMW a return stop for me and my family when we are looking to purchase a car.

Makes you feel like part of the family I was in the dealership for a few hours on a Saturday morning, but it wasn't as painful as it would have been other places. People kept stopping by to say hi and ask me if I wanted coffee, and just chatting about life and our Mini's. It made a normally boring trip to the car dealership much more bearable. Once the car was fixed, I was quickly handed my keys and my squeaky clean and newly repaired car was ready to go with no hassle.

Great service How unstressful the process was. Johnathan Callahan was great to work with and deserves a raise. Financial mngr was not pushy.

Service to purchase and install two new tires Jason handled my check-in very quickly and professionally. He was pleasant and helpful. I waited for my car in the lounge area and Jason came by to keep me posted on the status of the repairs and an estimated time of departure. He also informed me of an upcoming service and scheduled that service with me for early June. I also liked the job the crew did with washing and vacuuming the car before returning it to me.

Great service It took almost 3 weeks to figure out what was wrong with my car. It was th CCC but it was intermittent which probably made it difficult to determine. The loaner car was definitely a plus. Dan is always helpful.

Oil Change fast turn-around of service, The Lady Service Advisor was fantastic. I would like to note that I was very pleased with the lady that waited on me for getting the loaner car, she gave me her own umbrella to use since it had rained the entire day and she was concerned about me getting wet. She also went out of her way to help.

oil change thoroughness was good but when i asked question they did not know the answers and told me next time they would be more observant/ they did an oil change and could not tell me the level prior to change yet told me i had a leak and that i needed 1500 repair to fix.
