Great service The staff at Checkered Flag are professional, courteous, honest, and very helpful. Frank got Mini to pick up most of the costs of the repairs, which was greatly appreciated. He also kept me informed about the status of the repairs, and gave realistic expectations for their completion.
Went the extra mile. Frank was very helpful and even replaced my armrest cover at no cost. The entire staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.
Oil Change Joseph is always accommodating. Explains all needed repairs and is always ensuring my car is ready in a timely manner.
Quality customer service Everybody has a great attitude. The greetings seem actual (not like a "Welcome to Moe's" type greeting). Makes me feel like they're enthused to see me show up to get my car serviced!
