Great service, easy to work with and Competent. Staff was knowledgeable, willing to work with me that I live on the other side of the water. Scheduling went well and was flexible. Rental/loaner was clean, with a full tank of fuel and the process was simple. The porter knew how to drive a manual transmission very well. My Mini was returned to me with a clean interior, exterior and the engine bay was in order as well.
GREAT SERVICE Arrived with tire going flat and no appointment. My car was fitted into the schedule, tire replaced, with shuttle service all in the same day.
Awesome service. High tech facility The new high tech system that flashes your name. All staff in The service dept spoke to me by name. Made it feel more personable. I was kept informed through the day of what was happening with my vehicle.
Customer service The check in process was easy you gave them the advisor and they started the process of check In. When my advisor was free he checked in with me for additional work and confirmed our conversation upon making the appointment in case there were any changes
Service That is Above and Beyond The day before my appointment for a state inspection, my power steering went out. Jason, my service consultant, told me to come in with the car for the state inspection appointment and it would be taken care of. It was! I had to wait for my car since no loaners were available, but it was done quickly and completely, including a carwash. Jason provides the best service I have ever had in all the years I have ever owned a car!
Excellent Service Consistent excellent service from my agent. He explains services well to me to make sure I understand the process. I never walk out feeling confused about shags going on with my car and I don't know much about cars!

Excellent service 1. Jason returned my call immediately. 2. I got a Saturday appointment. 3. I was given a 2016 loaner, and my car was washed. 4. I left without having to pay a penny!
