A pleasant day BMW service department Pleasant and comfortable environment with good coffee and snacks. The staff was friendly and accommodating and my car was returned in excellent condition. My service advisor Dan was very attentive and made sure I understood what my service entailed and that I was comfortable during my wait. He made the anticipated dreaded car service visit friendly relaxed and enjoyable. I look forward to my next visit.
Excellent Dealership The service manager greeted me shortly after arrival. He let me know exactly what was going to happen with my vehicle and escorted me to the customer waiting lounge. The lounge is well equipped with drinks, snacks, and internet access.
