Accommodated last minute requirement for loaner. Initially I was going to wait for services to be performed. The day prior to service I learned of a meeting it was necessary to attend. On short notice the service adviser, Jason, was successful in arranging for a loaner vehicle.
Great staff and service! The staff was efficient and professional. Most importantly, my service rep, Joseph, was excellent. He took the time to explain what needed to be done and kept me updated. He is probably the most honest rep I have ever dealt with at Checkered Flag. Checkered Flag is fortunate to have him on their staff.

Great service, clean facilities The service adviser, Ashley Hunt, was quite pleasant. I also liked getting my car back to me in a timely manner. The car was cleaned exceptionally well. I enjoyed my entire experience at the dealership. The waiting room was nice. I enjoyed the computer in the waiting room.
