Very good service I brought my 5-Series in for a state inspection and 4-wheel alignment, and to check on a noise/vibration in the front wheels. It turned out both front wheel bearings needed to be replaced, which was covered under the CPO warranty. My service advisor (Joseph Hawthorne) was great to work with, especially with the alignment which had to be corrected as it wasn’t exactly right when I got the car back.

Amazing service experience, friendly staff Our car was towed from Nags head, NC to this location via BMW assit program. We reached 30 mins later car was delivered to service facility. Team was ready with initial assessment when we reached. Everybody was very helpful and service facility was great. We were very relaxed and comfortable though out 4 hours of wait while our car was fixed. Our service advisor kept us updated on car's progress and explained all the details carefully. We had best experience at this location.

Attention to detail! Tim Lundsteen went above and beyond to make sure that our M3 left in eons better condition than when we brought it in. They found several issues that we had no idea about and fixed them in a timely and efficient manner

Great Service Advisor My service advisor, Joseph, was fantastic. I was there on vacation and had a 700 mile drive home. He made sure I got taken care of and returned the car quickly. Kept me informed throughout the time he had the car.
