Hopefully 5th time is a charm on repair Vehicle was taken care of by shop foreman since this was the 5th time for the same problem in last 18 months; will know within a month if the underlying cause for the overheating light has been repaired. It is too soon to know if it has been successfully repaired but I'm hopeful this time.

Great service! Was told my car would be done later on in the day so I dropped it off. Since the shuttle wasn’t there they call me a lyft to and from my house! This dealership cares about its customers more than any dealership in the area! From recent experiences I’d wouldn’t want to go anywhere else but Checkered Flag BMW!

Check up Facility was very Clean , staff was respectful . Rental car ladies were extremely nice . Although first car to use while renting , seemed pretty old and not well taking care of . I had to say no , and requested a different car .
