The "advisor" in Sales Advisor I bought a CPO BMW from Chris about three years ago. I had such a great experience working with him, a few months later my husband and I bought another BMW from Chris. Great Service! Lucius was a pleasure to work with, by far the best salesman at checkered flag we have come across. Most salesman are more interested in manipulating, than listening, which i feel is disrespectful of today's buyer since most buyers today do their research. I feel he is an asset to this dealership and wish more salesman were on the same level. This is how you make return customers!

Dimitri was fabulous...very attentive to our needs I would recommend Dimitri if you are in the market for a new car, he did a great job explaining all the differences between different models. He went out of his way to make sure we were making the right choice.

Nice staff Nice staff, very accommodating, great coffee machine. I was bummed about everything i have to fix in my car (it only has 34,000 miles on it and it's five years old) and the expense of it all - $400 for a battery??????

Facility is clean and service is excellent. The service is quick and the people are delightful! My appointment was made within the same weekI called. I had shuttle service to bring me home and car was inspected within an hour.
