Excellent Service! My service member Ashley always goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my service visits go smoothly. I love my car, but if the service department isn’t top notch I would be hesitant to buy again. Ashley helps make Checkered Flag BMW service department first class.

Very good experience Remembered my customer status as having an extended maintenance plan without having to be reminded. Waiting area in the showroom where there was comfortable seating, coffee and the TV was relatively quiet and not blaring. Wish your service was available closer to the Outer Banks.
Amazing Service My experience is always amazing!!!! Ashley, my service advisor, always exceeds my expectations every single time when my car requires service. She is patient and understanding and extremely knowledgeable.
Great Service Ashley was very detailed explaining everything and very efficient. I was pleased that she emailed all the report to me directly so I can see all the price breakdowns and recommendations on what need to be done.
Great experience! The dealer was very personable and he cared a lot about what I wanted. He was very attentive from ordering the car until I took delivery. He sent updates every week about the status of my car.
