Excellent Service! My service member Ashley always goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my service visits go smoothly. I love my car, but if the service department isn’t top notch I would be hesitant to buy again. Ashley helps make Checkered Flag BMW service department first class.

Very good experience Remembered my customer status as having an extended maintenance plan without having to be reminded. Waiting area in the showroom where there was comfortable seating, coffee and the TV was relatively quiet and not blaring. Wish your service was available closer to the Outer Banks.
