GREAT SERVICE I LIKED EVERYTHING. I FELT I CAN TRUST THE PEOPLE WITH MY CAR. AND EVEN IF SOMETHING WRONG HAPPENED, THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING WITH NO EXTRA CHARGE. I REALLY APPRECIATE THAT.

Good Experience Very civil. Was shown to the Service Writer who reviewed the work to be done. Then shown to the very nice waiting room. My Service person came and got me when the service was over.

Great service, friendly staff Bonnie and Daniel are very friendly and helpful. My flat tire was quickly replaced. I was able to drop my car off for a state inspection 2 weeks earlier and get it back within an hour.

Bmw service department I deal with mike Lawson and Travis and I always have a good experience. I even had requested a rental and there weren’t any but they still worked with me to get me one. The girls that are at the counter for car rentals are also so nice and helpful!

Great customer service We were home visiting family for the holiday and our car battery wood not keep a charge so we need emergency service. The representative gave Great customers service! She explained everything and had us out within hours! Great company!
