Awesome Service First off it doesn’t get any better that Joesph Hawthorn. He goes ABOVE and BEYOND every time. If I listed everything he has done for me when comes to customer service I would be typing all day. I had some emergency service done to my car as I was leaving to go to Bahrain that very night. Not only did he fit me in he got the service completed before I left. 330xi Scheduling was straight forward without hassle. I was updated on the progress and when the car was ready for pick up. When picking up, my car was washed which was unexpected but greatly appreciated.

fast accurate answers to my questions Amy Munden at Checkered Flag BMW was very helpful in obtaining an additional body shop quote that normally would have required an additional trip. She was friendly, fast and very efficient.

Excellent customer service Tim is always helpful and seems genuinely be willing to resolve any issues I have with my BMW. He takes the time to listen to my concerns and is prompt to return my calls if hes busy. His good customer service encourages me to only want to work with him for my service needs.
