Good service I needed new tires for my 328. And my dealership in Newport News did not have all 4 tires in stock. Checkered flag had them. When I called everyone was very nice and helpful. Got me in and out. Not like the old days at checkered flag, when they had Lousy service advisors with bad attitudes.

Outstanding Customer Service I am very impressed with your customer service. Ashley was friendly, attentive, and efficient. She promptly contacted me via phone call and text about my car service, . She was accommodating-allowing me to leave my car while I was out of town. When I picked up my car at the dealership, Ashley personally drove my car at the front door. Nice service! Also, I like your waiting room area was comfortable and spacious-WIFI/laptop area, provided water bottles, magazines.

Checkered Flag BMW M6 convertible top repair Our service representative Tim stepped right in and got the service request under way even though the online appointment information had not passed to him. He contacted me with updates throughout the process. The service was completed quickly for the cost as he described.

Joseph Hawthorne service team - Checkered Flag My service manager is AWESOME! Years ago, when I first bought my car...my first encounter with Checkered Glag BMW service team was suboptimal. Decided to have service done at Casey BMW. That became taxing and I tried again with Checkered Flag. Ever since, I have been working with Joseph Hawthorne... I have been very pleased.
