Checkered Flag BMW Pleasant staff. Comfortable waiting area. Nice (but very sterile) showroom. My 19 year old Z3M roadster was in for annual state inspection & oil change. No issues.

Great service I would say my great experiences are attributed to the helpfulness of my service provider. My service provider, Joseph Hawthorne, is always courteous and eager to help in any way possible. My family and I are able to ask him any questions we may have, and we receive prompt and helpful feedback. He does all he can to help us in a timely manner.
