Best service department around! Quick and efficient. Service Advisor, Ashley, is always on top of the things, and the perfect balance of friendly and professional. I’ve never waited longer than estimated and they always seem to go above and beyond by doing extra.
Professional in Every Way Your facility is well maintained and your people are knowledgeable and courteous. The work was done in a timely fashion. I also appreciated your washing and vacuuming the car.
Friendly staff Staff was very friendly, vehicle service was completed as promised. Transportation was provided to and from work while vehicle was awaiting service.

Great BMW Dealer/Service!! Always helpful and friendly when I bring my car here. Mike Lawson has been a good customer service associate every time I call or arrive. I actually bought another BMW because of the service I know I’ll receieve with it.
Great service I went in without an appointment and received fast service. The service rep was most helpful explaining my options. As a courtesy, I received a car wash and had all fluids checked.
Great service Mike Lawson went above and beyond to take care of my issue. Also, got me a shuttle within 5 minutes to go back to work while my car was being repaired.
Pleasant experience I was able to wait for my vehicle during a recall appointment. I also had some service work done and it was very quick considering the amount of work done.
