"Just attended a Technology briefing for new owners " We recently took deliver of a new X-3 X-Drive 30I and Chapman invited us to a after-sale technology briefing with their delivery & technology team. The presentation was interesting but the real bonus was working with Caleb on our technology training. He was great - hands on, knowledgeable and personable. "Excellent experience " My duughter recently moved to Phoenix and I was looking for a good used car for my use and a back up car for her. I purchased a 2010 Audi A5 convertible. I never seen the car except from photos before I picked the car up. There was a small mechanical issue with the top that was fixed by an Audi dealer. I have a great car purchased without physically driving or even seeing because of the great sales people especially Robert Mills.
