"Knowledgeable people that are not robots." In my car shopping experience I found a lot of dealers that knew nothing about numbers. "NEW X3 lease..pleasantly surprised " I had leased a 2015 X3 from North Scottsdale BMW and was less than pleased with the customer service I received throughout the 3 years of the lease hence switching my service advisor to the Camelback location weeks into the lease. "Unexpected but Pleasant Purchase" I went in to service my car and while I wandered outside, Steve greeted me and we started chatting.
