I brought my 2011 535i in for warranty work. The service department completed the work within the time promised and got me on my way. Craig Smith, my service rep, was a pleasure to deal with. I hope Chapman BMW holds onto him.

From the people who greet me and take the keys to Ernie ( best ever) who takes care of my BMW and my sons BMW . He always takes the time to explain and is very kind and even has had a BMW tech person come out to show me how to set the seat for more then one person ! Lol could not figure it out on my own. Last month I bought a new BMW X3 at Chapman BMW on Camelback. Ryan Johnson was my sales associate. It was very easy working with Ryan. I was sent to Chapman BMW through the Costco Auto program. Ryan showed me the Costco price sheet for my car and the whole transaction was completed very quickly. Definitely a good car buying experience.

One of the best car buying experiences I ever had. Joe Lena is a TRUE PROFESSIONAL. We drove 450 miles one way to purchase our new BMW from Chapman BMW on Camelback. (It was worth it). I purchased a used 2008 Z4 M Roadster from Chapman back in October. I worked with the sales manager Tom Iles, and salesman, Steven Zucker. They were simply the best sales guys with whom I have ever dealt on a car, new or used. I worked with Stephen Murphy to purchase my 2018 BMW X1. This was my first experience buying a car and I've never been to a dealership before.
