"BMW i3 v. 2.0" I recently had the pleasure of working with Craig on my second i3 lease. Craig helped me with the first lease about three years. The experience was so great, and I loved the car so it was an easy decision to go back to Craig for version 2.0! "Second car after accident " I’m returning here once again to give Craig an excellent review because that what he deserves I had purchased a car twin month ago and had an accident and since the moment of the accident he did nothin but help men, he even send a drive to get me in order to get my new truck I will never hesitate to come back for my next car best salesman hands down! "Car Show Experience, Chapman BMW on Camelback, No Pressure" So my wife and I decided our 18-year old BMW wagon was ready to be passed down and we had to replace it. " 114 degrees on a late Friday afternoon, Chapman rocks!" Going though one of the roundabouts in central Phoenix, I sliced a tire not very far from the dealership. "Ditched my sad little Kia and bought an actual vehicle. " Craig Rusin and everyone else involved in getting me into my new BMW X3 were amazing. Not only was I firm on my budget, I was also on a fairly rushed timeline. "Good service - couple of hiccups - tires overinflated 25%" Let’s start with all the wonderful things about my recent visit, first! Veronica (Service Appointment Scheduler) was extremely accommodating. I had called and another scheduler answered (not sure of his name), and rather than directly helping me, he just transferred me to my SA’s voicemail. "Best experience possible " Craig is a seasoned professional at what he does. After purchasing 3 vehicles over my years, I will absolutely be coming back to Chapman and hopefully Craig when it’s time for me to get another vehicle. I recommend him over the 3 other salespeople who sold me vehicles.
